420g regular coconut milk (I use boxed Aroy-D original coconut milk), at room temperature
2 tablespoons raw honey
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine the coconut milk, honey and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Whisk until blended.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use.
